Morello's menu is inspired by Italian and Mediterranean favorites, along with more modern interpretations created by Executive Chef Mark Medina-Rios. Chef Medina-Rios joined MARC in 2007, as part of the team at Morton's, a private members club in London offering a mixture of classic and modern French cuisine. At Morello Bistro, Chef Media-Rios is thrilled to bring together his mastery of technique and the highest quality ingredients with his love of simple, seasonal, and honest food.
